Your data is used solely to provide and improve the SG Food AI app: • Displaying your daily and historical nutrition summaries. • Calculating personalised calorie, macro, and hydration targets. • Generating charts and trends from your logged data. • Authenticating your account and synchronising your data across devices. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

SG Food AI uses the following third-party services: • Cloud storage — meal photos and data are stored securely on our hosting platform. • AI analysis — food photos are sent to an AI model for nutrition estimation. Photos are processed in real time and not retained by the provider. • Authentication — we use standard authentication infrastructure to manage your login session. Each service provider operates under its own privacy practices governing data processing.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen by selecting "Delete Account." This permanently removes all meals, weight history, food items, and profile data. This action cannot be undone. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure authentication tokens. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

SG Food AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your health profile at any time within the app. To request a complete data export or deletion, contact us using the information below.
